We are pleased to announce that the 3rd China Hickory Open Championship will be played on November 16-18, 2026 at the Jockey Club KSC Public Golf Course in Hong Kong.

The Inaugural China Hickory Open and the 2nd China Hickory Open were successfully held on November 11-12, 2024 and November 11-12, 2025, respectively, at the Hidden Grace Golf Club in Shenzhen and Mission Hills Golf Club in Haikou, Hainan. Organized by the Hidden Grace Golf Museum, China’s first and only golf museum approved by the government and the Society of China Hickory Golfers, the first two Open Championships initiated an annual international hickory open tournament in China, a unique golf event to promote the history and culture of modern golf. The first two events were participated by more than 120 players from China and around the world. Overseas players (including four professionals) came from Australia, Switzerland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Netherland, U.K., Hungary, France and the U.S. The youngest hickory golfer was 11-year-old and the oldest 82. Paolo Quirici, two-time China Hickory Open champion from Switzerland said: “The first China Hickory Open is in the books. If you missed the inaugural event, you have most definitely missed out on the most impressive and well-organized hickory event I have ever had the chance to attend and play so far in my 12 years as a hickory player!”

A national competition will be added this year on November 16. The winning national team, or the best gross scores of two players from a participating country, will be awarded a National Team Champion trophy, a 130-year-old China Export Silver bowl. 我们十分高兴地向大家宣布，第三届中国胡桃木公开赛将于2026年11月16-18日，在香港赛马会滘西洲公众高尔夫球场举办。

首届中国胡桃木公开赛和第二届中国胡桃木公开赛，分别于2024年11月11-12日和2025年11月11-12日在深圳隐秀高尔夫俱乐部和海南海口观澜湖高尔夫球会成功举办。公开赛由中国首家高尔夫博物馆和中华胡桃木球手协会共同主办,来自海内外的120多位球手参加了两届赛事，开启了中国胡桃木公开赛这一独特弘扬高尔夫历史和文化的年度国际赛事，参赛者来自澳大利亚、瑞士、挪威、德国、瑞典、英国、荷兰、匈牙利、法国、美国和中国香港等国家和地区，包括四名职业球手。参赛最小球手11岁，最大球手82岁。两届中国公开赛冠军、来自瑞士的职业球手保罗·邱瑞奇说：“首届中国胡桃木公开赛已经载入史册。这是一场超棒的锦标赛，主办者尽其所能，让所有参赛者满意而归！”“如果您未能参加这次在中国举办的首届胡桃木公开赛，那您肯定失去了体验和享受我打胡桃木球杆12年以来、组织最精良印象最深刻的一场比赛！”

第三届中国胡桃木公开赛将在11月16日，增加一场国家队的比赛，根据每国最佳两名球手的总杆成绩，决出国家队冠军，并赢得一座130年中国出口银器奖杯。欢迎海内外的胡桃木球手兄弟姐妹们前来香港，参加在中国唯一的市政公众球场举办的2026年第三届中国胡桃木公开赛！

WM Hotel Hong Kong, Vignette Collection by IHG, is a Five Star hotel located at 28 Wai Man Road, Sai Kung, New Territories in Hong Kong. As the official hotel for the 3rd China Hickory Open, WM Hotel is about 55 km (34 miles) from the Hong Kong International Airport. It takes about 45 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic, at a cost of about US$70. The accessible only by ferry, which is about 6-7 minutes’ walk from the Hotel.

Group rates for participants are available for November 15-19, 2026.
